Por eso, me encanta mi trabajo- par 2

Christmas parties with hella good food (chilaquiles, beans, rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, tamales, salad, chile con queso on nachos and desserts) and tamaleadas (tamale making parties) are just another reason I love my job! Check it out!

Obviously...having the gramps roast peppers on the stove top.
Maria taught the women who are forming the pasteleria how to make cakes for christmas.

Making the tamales...chile con queso and beef with red sauce
